Full disclosure of who we are, how we operate, and what we are not. Last updated June 2026.
Dad N Me is a for-profit peer-support company operated under Corporate Management Solutions LLC, providing community resources, peer navigation services, and educational materials for fathers navigating personal hardship.
We are not a nonprofit organization, government agency, or charity. We do not receive grants, public funding, or tax-deductible donations. We operate as a transparent for-profit business with a social mission.
Dad N Me is a for-profit company. We are not a nonprofit. We operate under Corporate Management Solutions LLC and are fully transparent about our structure and revenue model.
Our team consists of trained peer navigators — individuals with lived experience navigating the challenges fathers face. We are not attorneys, licensed therapists, social workers, financial advisors, or licensed professionals of any kind.
Dad N Me operates under the legal umbrella of Corporate Management Solutions LLC, the parent legal entity. All contracts, agreements, and financial transactions are conducted through Corporate Management Solutions LLC.

Dad N Me is governed by the following core principles:
Full Transparency — We disclose our for-profit status, pricing structure, advisor qualifications, and organizational structure openly. We do not obscure how we operate or generate revenue.
Member Protection — Member data is never sold, shared with third parties for commercial purposes, or used outside the scope of service delivery. The only exception is a legal obligation to report imminent harm.
Service Integrity — Our peer navigators operate within clearly defined boundaries. No advisor may represent themselves as a licensed professional or provide advice outside their peer-support role.
Financial Accountability — Membership revenue funds platform operations, advisor compensation, and community resources. We do not use member funds for undisclosed purposes.
We are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice. Nothing communicated through Dad N Me — by any team member, advisor, or platform resource — constitutes legal advice, creates an attorney-client relationship, or should be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney.
Dad N Me may provide general information about legal processes (e.g., how custody proceedings typically work, what documents are commonly requested), but this information is educational only and does not constitute legal counsel.
If you need legal advice, we strongly encourage you to consult a licensed attorney. We can provide referrals to legal aid organizations and pro bono resources in your area through our referral directory.
Therapists or mental health professionals. Our peer navigators are not licensed counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, or marriage and family therapists. Conversations with our advisors are peer support — not therapy.
Financial advisors. We do not provide investment advice, tax guidance, or regulated financial planning services. Any financial guidance is general peer-based information only.
Medical professionals. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
Dad N Me maintains the following service integrity standards across all membership tiers and interactions:
All Dad N Me peer navigators are vetted, trained, and operate within defined scope boundaries. They may share personal experience, provide emotional support, help members identify resources, and assist with action planning — but may not provide professional advice of any kind.
Members agree to engage respectfully and honestly within the community. Harassment, threats, discrimination, or misrepresentation may result in account suspension or termination. Dad N Me reserves the right to remove any member whose conduct violates community integrity standards.
All member information is treated as confidential. We do not share, sell, or monetize personal member data. The sole exception is a legal obligation to report imminent harm to a person or others — consistent with standard duty-to-warn practices.
Dad N Me does not guarantee any specific outcome for any member. Our role is to support, guide, and connect — not to resolve legal, financial, or personal matters on your behalf. Results vary by individual situation and effort.
